Premade Silver Pieces

All premade silver pieces will enjoy a 2 years warranty on the setting and lifetime warranty on the stone.

The 2 years warranty on setting including loose small stones, main stone loose, and any manufacturing defects.

The lifetime warranty on stone including optical properties of the gemstones including brilliance and fire of moissanite and lab grown diamond, and the physical integrity of the moissanite stone, lab grown diamond, colored gemstones. it does not cover: damage or defects as a result of or related to accidents, abuse, misuse, loss, or theft of your diamond(s) or jewelry piece.

 

Website Clearance

For website clearance items, ALL PIECES ARE FROM RECENT RETURNS (returned within 30 days after receiving), or canceled items (canceled while being made and before shipping). Lifetime Limited Warranty is covered as below.

  • All of our fine jewelry comes with a limited lifetime warranty. In the rare event that there is a problem with your jewelry, we will repair or replace the item at no charge if the problem is directly related to a manufacturing defect. The warranty is applicable for all jewelry within 12 months of purchase and for life for lab diamonds and moissanite stones.

 

  • This limited warranty covers optical properties of the moissanite stone, including brilliance and fire, and the physical integrity of the moissanite stone. It does not cover damage or defects as a result of or related to accidents, abuse, misuse, loss, or theft of your diamond(s) or jewelry piece.

 

  • You will be responsible for any cost of shipment of your jewelry to DovEggs, and DovEggs will not be responsible for any damage or loss during shipment. Items purchased directly from doveggs-seattle.com will receive a free shipping label within the first 90 days of purchase.

 

INSTRUCTIONS FOR WARRANTY

  • Within 30 days

You can choose to return the fine jewelry to us for a repair or a full refund if there is any dissatisfaction within 30 days after receiving the fine jewelry. For personalized custom jewelry, we will charge a 15% restocking fee for return.
  •  30 days -12 months

DovEggs will be responsible for any manufacturing defects to the precious moissanite stone (for example a missing stone). The repair service will take 30-60 business days to complete. If a return for replacement is preferred, we will charge a 15%-30% restocking fee. If a return for refund is preferred, we will charge a 30%-50% restocking fee. Damage or defects as a result of or related to normal wear and tear, accidents, abuse, misuse, loss, or theft of your moissanite stone/ lab diamond or jewelry piece will not be covered.

 

  • Beyond 12 months 

DovEggs will not accept any return requests beyond 12 months after the customer has received their fine jewelry. However, if any manufacturing defects happen, we will help as best we can. A repair service will take between 30 - 60 business days to complete. If a return for replacement is preferred, we will charge a 30% restocking fee. If a return for refund is preferred, we will charge 50% of the restocking fee.

Restocking fees will help to support our company so that we may continue to provide great service and valuable products to our customers for the long run.

 

It is important to keep in mind that jewelry is prone to regular wear and tear, which can eventually fade the metal color, loosen stones, etc. While regular maintenance can help extend the life of your jewelry, we strongly encourage purchasing independent insurance for your fine jewelry pieces. This can help recover any significant damage, loss, or theft you could experience.

 

Replacement and/or free jewelry (ex. gifted or compensation jewelry) will not be covered under warranty and are not returnable.

 

Amazon Clearance

For Amazon Clearance items, we offer a one-time return window of 30 days from the date of arrival if there is a manufacturing defect or quality issue.
