Shipping Policy
PROCESSING:
If the piece of jewelry is not being resized, it will be shipped out within 2 business days of receiving your order. If it will need to be resized, it will be shipped out 5-7 business days from receiving your order (excluding weekends and holidays). Shipping time is usually 6-8 business days. If an item in your order cannot be shipped within our normal timeframe, we will notify you and will let you know when the item is ready to ship. Therefore, orders may be split into separate shipments at no additional charge, and items ordered together may not ship on the same day.
SHIPPING STATUS:
Simply log into your account and click “My Orders” to view your order status. Please submit a ticket to us within 6 months of the shipment date, if the package does not arrive on time. Our representative will contact you within 24 hours. Note: We will not accept overdue requests.

US region:
- Free shipping for all orders shipped within the United States
International Shipping Only:
- Free shipping internationally for orders above $500.00
- International Orders valued from $200-$500 will incur a $9.00 shipping charge; International Orders below $200 will incur a $19.00 shipping charge.
Non-Shippable Addresses:
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses currently. Please provide us with a detailed and valid physical shipping address at the time of placing your orders.
International Shipping Fees:
We do not pay for import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country.
US Shipping
We use 4PX, UPS 3 day select, USPS priority mail, DHL 3 day express delivery for shipments to the US
International Shipping
We use 4PX, UPS, DHL 3-5 day express delivery for shipments to the CANADA,MEXICO, and EUROPE.
Return Shipping Fee:
We do not cover return shipping cost on international orders if return item total cost will be lower than shipping cost or won't be higher than 5 times of the shipping cost.Package Lost
We will investigate the case, locate the tracer on delivery truck and contact the local authorities (i.e. police department) if a case of a lost item occurs.
A lost package case needs to be filed within 30 days after delivery, according to our carrier. After 30 days of delivery we will not be able to open a claim or issue a refund.
We will refund in full as store credit if the investigation shows "lost.” We will not be able to help further if the investigation shows “delivered”.
